The strategic planning workshop was a 2 day program Stonehill International where we looked and assessed Stonehill’s needs 10 years from now in terms of infrastructure, faculty and facilities. This program included members of the Stonehill community representing all the different bodies of the school. At the end of the 2 day program, we formed a strategic planning team which was responsible for formulating everyone’s ideas and viewpoints into a strategic planning document.
