An outward-bound leadership competition conducted at the Indus school of leadership was a 4-day leadership competition in which 4 schools took part. The completion involved the schools in a team of 10 participating in five team building activities that pushed the students to their limits physically as well as mentally such as wall climbing, 32-km endurance run (out-bound learning or OBL), pistol shooting, leadership disposition course and the discovery course. At the end of the rigorous and grueling 4 days, we emerged as the winners. This competition really taught me the power of collaboration and that individually, we are one drop, but together we are an ocean.
